An ‘exciting’ player is hoping to leave before Euro 2024 after being linked with a move to Celtic ahead of the summer transfer window.
Having won the Scottish Premiership title in his first season back, Brendan Rodgers will now be desperate to kick on and dip into the transfer market.
A lot of the squad is compromised of Ange Postecoglou’s signings, so he’ll be keen to make his own imprint on it.
That said, an ‘exciting’ rumoured Celtic target is now eager to seal a move away before the Euros begin.
Celtic target Koen Casteels wants deal wrapped up quickly
According to HLN journalists Frank Dekeyser and Kjell Doms, Celtic target Koen Casteels, who is the rumoured man to be Joe Hart’s successor, is eager to wrap up a deal quickly before the Euros start in June.
“The intention, on the other hand, is that he makes the decision before the European Championship – Casteels wants to arrange the move as quickly as possible,” their report read.
Casteels is set to become a free agent at the end of June having made 275 appearances for German outfit Wolfsburg.

Koen Casteels wants a project
The Belgium international admitted he isn’t 100 per cent sure where he’ll end up, with Anderlecht also thought to be interested in landing his signature.
“It is not yet one hundred per cent certain where I will be under the bar next season,” the 31-year-old said.
“I especially want to continue for years to come, because I still feel very good. I want a sporty project. The sun may shine, yes.”
